Standard Cancellation and Refund Schedule
More than 72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Full reimbursement excluding service charges
Processing Duration: 5-7 business days
Service Fee: €50 for credit card operations
Prerequisites: Must be requested formally through email or telephone
24-72 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Half of the entire charter price
Processing Duration: 7-10 business days
Service Fee: €25 subtracted from the refund total
Prerequisites: A valid reason is necessary; administrative costs are incurred
Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Qualified for: Reimbursement is not available
Exception: Emergency situations might be taken into consideration
Alternative: Voucher for future charter might be given at the discretion of the management
Prerequisites: Supporting documents are essential for emergency cases
Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Assurance
Your safety is our highest concern. If our licensed captain deems weather conditions as hazardous for safe sailing, we offer flexible alternatives:
- Full Refund: Granted if rescheduling isn’t possible
- Reschedule: Shift your yacht rental to an open date free of charge
- Yacht Rental Credit: Receive a voucher valid for one year from the initial yacht rental date
Weather Evaluation Process
We take the following into account when assessing weather conditions:
- Analysis of wind speed and trajectory
- Estimation of wave scale and ocean conditions
- Forecasts on visibility and rainfall
- Advisories and alerts from the Coast Guard
- Assessment of safety by a professional captain
Decision Timing: Determinations regarding weather cancellations are made no later than 4 hours before the set sail time.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Crisis Situations
Unanticipated medical crises can arise. Such occurrences may be eligible for special concession:
- Sudden medical conditions or injuries needing hospital admission
- Passing of a close family member
- Urgent military summons or recalls
- Legal summonses or jury duties
- Natural disasters impacting travel plans
Verification Necessities
For processing emergency reimbursement requests, kindly submit:
- Medical statement or hospital reports
- Official notice of death (when relevant)
- Formal military directives
- Legal summons or jury notifications
- Travel warnings or urgent declarations
Procedure: Reimbursements concerning emergencies are processed within 3-5 business days following receipts of proper papers.
Operational Cancellations
Machinery Malfunctions
Should the designated vessel encounters mechanical failings that are irreparable:
- Alternate Vessel: We will try to arrange a suitable replacement
- Full Refund: In case no acceptable alternative is procurable
- Partial Refund: If the replacement vessel differs in cost
- Compensation: We might offer additional restitution for the inconvenience
Crewing Dissociation
In the rare event that a certified crew cannot be provided:
- An attempt to allocate an alternative crew will be made, if feasible
- Total reimbursement if the yacht rental cannot go ahead
- Rescheduling with no extra charge
Refund Processing

Reimbursements are carried out using the original payment approach opted for the booking:
- Credit Cards: Refunded in 5-7 business days
- Bank Transfers: Refunded in 7-10 business days
- Cash/Cheque: Refunded in 3-5 business days
Service Costs
Credit Card Handling
A €50 charge applies for cancellations done over 72 hours beforehand
Bank Transfer Handling
A €25 charge applies for all bank transfer reimbursements
Global Handling
Additional charges might be applicable for cross-border dealings
Yacht Rental Vouchers
Credit Issuance Occasions
Yacht rental credits might be furnished instead of reimbursement under these conditions:
- Cancellations closer than 24 hours before the booking time
- Cancellations due to adverse weather
- Elective requests to change the reservation date
- Interruptions in operation
Credit Rules
- Validity: 12 months from the issuance date
- Exchanging: Non-exchangeable with other individuals
- Worth: Matches the entire value of the yacht rental (excluding handling charges)
- Usage: Applicable on any forthcoming yacht rentals
- Expiration: No prolongations past the 12-month limit
Partial Service Reimbursements

If your yacht trip is disrupted or shortened due to controllable circumstances:
- Prorated reimbursement reflecting the unutilized segment
- A voucher for a future trip of equivalent value
- Gratuitous services or enhancements
Disorder Instigated by Guests
If a yacht voyage concludes prematurely due to guest actions or safety breaches:
- Reimbursement is void for the remaining duration
- Total fees are owed
- Extra charges might be necessitated

Should you have a dissension regarding a reimbursement decision, you might:
- Appeal for a reassessment by our management
- Submit further proof or documents
- Reach out to consumer advocacy groups
- Explore legal avenues as per relevant laws

Our team will confirm the receipt of your appeal within 24 hours, judge it in accordance with our policy, deliver a resolution within 48 hours, and administer authorized refunds within the specified periods.
Critical Remarks
- All reimbursement applications must be submitted in written form
- Refunds are enacted in € irrespective of the initial payment's currency
- Acquiring travel insurance is highly advised
- This policy is amendable upon 30 days' notification
- Reimbursements adhere to relevant taxes and legal stipulations
